Please fill out our contact form completely. Once we have received your request, you will receive further information on the return and a return receipt by e-mail.
Please enclose a printed copy of our return receipt to your shipment.

Important note: Your old electrical appliance will be returned at your charge via a shipping company or a delivery service of your choice. The disposal of the old electrical appliance is free of charge.

Please do not send us any appliances without a return receipt. In this case, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs we have incurred.
